IKEA Warrington are looking to welcome a Sales Assistant to join our hardworking Warehouse Sales team.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: 12th of February
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
• 12 or 16 hours weekly over a minimum of 3 days & working 3 out of 4 weekends per month. Working hours are between 8am to 10:30pm.
• We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.
• Due to health & safety you must be 18 years of age for this role.
• Assessment Center interview for this role will be held on the 29th of January.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Previous experience is not essential; all you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
• You are computer literate and able to work with technology.
• Approachable to support the customers.
• Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Your priority is the customer experience, focusing on enhancing sales and ensuring stock availability while maintaining an organised, tidy shopping environment and preparing for the next day's delivery.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock. Using pump trucks and trolleys to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
• Approaching the customer to support their needs and improve their shopping experience. Bring your personality to work.
