    Job description
    • To give input to my Service Product Manager regarding delivery and assembly issue within my area of responsibility (truck, equipment, co-worker, customer).
    • I am responsible for planning of the route, organising and monitoring of the delivery (via EPOD) from the time it’s loaded until all the orders are delivered and assembled at the customer place.
    • I am responsible for ensuring all the prerequisites are met in my area of responsibility, including resources, tools, working methods and internal communications, to contribute to an efficient delivery process. 
    • Working actively to improve productivity by efficient resource planning including managing sickness absence, the quality of staff planning, flexibility of working and implementing efficient delivery operations. 
    • Minimising handling damages during delivery and working with my manager to identify the root cause of recurring damages and identifying ways to minimise future recurrence. 
    • Contributing to an efficient goods flow by having close relationship with our service partners in order to achieve the delivery to the customers on time.
    • Giving input to my Service Product Manager for the creation of business and action plan.
    • Monitoring and controlling the development and execution of the agreed actions within my area of 
      responsibility.
    • Working with my Service Product Manager to implement agreed goals and actions, routines, working methods and tools within my area of responsibility. 
    • Contributing to environmental, health and safety performance of the co-worker and customer and securing compliance with the group risk manual.
