Your assignment
HR Administration
Support job application process, and co-ordination of interview, etc.
Support New Hire process including carrying out introduction of new hires, issuance of welcome package, uniform, lockers, access cards etc.
Responsible for stock management and ordering of uniforms, value buttons, and HR forms, documents etc.
Setting-up and maintenance of employee p-files.
Issuance of Staff pass and requisition of access cards.
Preparation of letters.
