IMC is the global in-house agency for the IKEA brand. We create and produce the content that inspires people to make a better everyday life. We are responsible for planning and developing marketing communication for all IKEA markets across the world – from the global IKEA website to local ad campaigns. Headquartered in Älmhult, Sweden, IMC is a meeting point for creatives and communicators from around the world who share a passion for the IKEA product range, home furnishing and people’s lives at home. Our mission is to create impactful communication that brings the IKEA brand to life and helps turn visitors into customers.  

IMC digital assignment, part of IMC business steering & operations, is divided into Digital Product and Data, and Technology and Platforms. Together, this creates the synergies and innovative mindset for IMC to operate and deliver in a compliant, profitable, and sustainable way in the IKEA ecosystem. It also creates prerequisites to excel in technology to create efficient and impactful communication, today and tomorrow. 

We are now looking for an Agile coach within Digital Product &Data. Do you want to join us? 

We are looking for someone who thrive in a changing environment and enjoy working close to teams and leaders to enable great preconditions for collaboration and creativity with our goals and objectives in mind. You have knowledge and experience of how to enable front led, agile teams  

Your responsibility and tasks will include: 

• Provide coaching, guidance and training in order to adopt, implement and improve agile principles and ways of working   
• Coordinate the implementation of necessary prerequisites and collaborate in establishing OKRs that will support our strategic goals. 
• Support the continuous improvement of ways of working in coordination with Inter IKEA 
• Ensure collaboration and alignment across teams in order to secure engagement and quality around shared business value 
• Promote benefits of agile methodology and use metrics to enhance team performance. 
• Educate and help stakeholders of the area / team to understand how they can contribute and lead the change 

You are an energetic, collaborative, and strong business person with a passion for digital transformation. As a person, you are down to earth and adaptable with strong willpower to make things happen. You are curious and able to build relationships to establish strong trust between people based on the IKEA values. You have experience in either product management, business architecture, portfolio management, or product management. 

You know how to reach and stretch targets. You have the capability to connect the dots across transformation initiatives and to lead a team to reach defined objectives. You are familiar with the enterprise-level context.  

• Experience from agile & product way of working and methodologies  
• Ability to work both on a strategic, tactical and operational level  
• Leadership experience and how to create collaboration, empowering people and teams 
• Excellent communication skills, knowledge of change management, work collaboratively and a problem solver 
• Extensive knowledge of servant leadership, empowering people and teams    
• Extensive knowledge of the psychology of teams and group dynamics
