    Inter IKEA Group brings together: Retail Concept, Range and Supply. Together we work constantly to improve the IKEA home furnishing offer and make it more accessible for the many people. You will be part of IKEA Supply and the Supply Chain Development organisation. IKEA Supply is responsible for securing that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers. We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, but also retail markets to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost.

    To realize our ambitions in the IKEA Supply Strategy, IKEA has identified the need to enhance and modernize our way of working. We are establishing a digital foundation of information and accelerate data management and analytics capabilities for real time insights leading to even better and faster decisions. Within the area of Order and Financial Management we are setting a new foundational digital core in place, for total IKEA and for many years to come.


    Job description

    Supply Analytics Management has the assignment to create value and enable business growth by bringing data from across IKEA together to gather actionable insights. We work closely with our business stakeholders and form product teams that deliver cutting edge; data driven solutions for our coworkers.

    We work in a modern cloud-based Azure environment, and you will be a part of the data sharing and front-end development team, securing our data products and analytical capabilities sharing. You will be regularly involved in workshops with coworkers to harness modern data infrastructure efficiently and provide long term solutions.

    You will:

    • Guide and facilitate data sharing within the wider IKEA organisation.
    • Lead the development and roll-out of data sharing practices across a complex organisation with multiple legal entities and privacy concerns.
    • Be a central point of contact and escalation within the IKEA data sharing community.
    • Drive continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge sharing of data sharing practices, tools and assets across IKEA.
    • Help handling privacy and ethical concerns that may relate to the sharing or processing of data.
    • Ensure consistency by supporting the use of relevant development techniques, digital frameworks, and best practices.
    • Work closely with Supply Capability Areas to enable identified roles in creating self-service digital product.
    • Securing architectural principles applied in data sharing.
    • Promote the data sharing culture leading by example.
    • Act as consultant in implementing and suggesting technical solutions to grant access to data and digital products, including the ability to identify scenarios who may require advanced security features.
    • Verify the adherence of digital product to IKEA design framework SKAPA.

    In this role you will report to our Data & Analytics Manager in Data & Technology at IKEA Supply.

    • Are you familiar in maintaining and structuring security groups in ENTRA ID or alternative services, including the ability to invite externals?

    Qualification

    As a Data Sharing Leader, you will support the organisation in leveraging information and data. This you will do in many ways; by supporting teams in removing barriers hindering data sharing, by supporting data publishers and users in adopting sharing standards and guardrails and by communicating and building understanding of the data landscape across IKEA. You will actively and proactively help product and project teams understand what data they need to fulfil their purpose and help them seamlessly access the right data assets. Making sure that the organisation can maximise the value of its data while adhering to the highest standards of ethics and privacy.

    We believe that our new colleague in Data Sharing should have at least 3 years' experience in building systems that collect, manage, and convert data into usable information, designing and implementing data and digital products to a high industry standard as well as good knowledge of SQL, Power BI, DAX and Entra ID.

    In addition, excellent working knowledge of Power BI, ideally with Associate Power BI or Fabric certification is beneficial. You will collaborate closely with the Supply Data and Technology team as well as with other practitioners across the larger IKEA organisation.

    The ideal applicant has good communication and collaboration skills and will be a team player who takes ownership, builds cross-functional relationships with coworkers, and loves sharing knowledge. You are a curious problem solver who wants to keep learning in a dynamic global environment. The role is office based so meeting face to face and working collaboratively to solve problems should be something you enjoy.
