As a Product Requirement Specialist (PRS) at IKEA of Sweden you make sure that we have the prerequisites to make our products comply with global regulation and standards. Right now, we are looking for a PRS to work with the Cyber Security for our Electrical and Smart products.
In this role you will work with the process to identify, document and interpret international regulations and standards. By maintaining a network of stakeholders in external alliances and standardization-organisations, you will influence relevant new and existing legislation, regulations, and standards. Internally you´ll work in close collaboration with different teams in product development and product engineering.
To be able to meet the expectations and needs as a Product Requirement Specialist in the Requirement & Compliance team, you will have a main responsibility when it comes to:
- Monitor, analyse and document existing and future international and national regulatory and standards requirements within assigned area(s) to technical product requirements.
- Inform and lead trainings on new or updated requirements in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate stakeholders in relevant working groups and forums.
- Influence, relevant to the IKEA range, new and existing legislations, regulations, and standards, within assigned area(s).
- Maintain a network of stakeholders in external alliances, e.g. standardisation organisations and academia.
- Actively contribute to the Requirement & Compliance community within Inter IKEA Group.

We expect you to have:
- A good understanding of the general concepts of cybersecurity, such as what constitutes a cyber threat, the importance of protecting personal and organizational data and more technical aspects, such as different types of malwares, network security basics, encryption, and common security protocols.
- Some years’ experience from product requirements, compliance, and/or product development with a focus on Cyber Security features.
- Experience from working with Cyber Security or other relevant/similar regulations and/or standards in an operational position.
- Experience from standardisation tasks in regional or international forums is considered to be a plus.
