Great, then you might be the one we are looking for. We are all passionate food lovers that develop and provide delicious, desirable, safe, healthy, and sustainable food for the many people around the world, and we have the ambition to drive positive change in the food industry. No doubt food matters to people and the planet and to the IKEA business, and it is a strong contributor to the IKEA brand and business growth - for example, did you know that more than 520 million guests enjoyed our food last year? 

As a Project Leader you will be coordinate, preparing, executing and follow-up operational and tactical assignments to support the Food business. Ensuring the right structure, framework and enablers to realize key deliverables and participate, coordinate and plan activities within the Yearly Calendar and as per assignment. You will also prepare relevant material in various topics related to the Food business and do administrative support for day-to-day work within Food management. That means support and lead administrational work for the Food Manager and be a point of contact on behalf of the Food area.

To shine in this role, you need to have broad business knowledge within IKEA and profound project management and facilitation skills. You have good understanding of the IKEA Strategic landscape and its content Very good knowledge of, and experienced of working in, digital tools used in the assignment. You are also creative and able to think outside of the box and have excellent communication skills and analytical skills. Food experience will be meritorious.

You have good stakeholder management skills and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure that initiatives are executed on time and within budget. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with other teams and ability to juggle competing priorities and work well in a fast paced and changing environment Strong persistent 

Excellent English, spoken and written.

You report to Food Manager Petra Axdorf.
