    In the role as a Learning Team Manager, you lead the Learning team, and you are responsible for development, planning and delivery of the learning offer agenda. You will have a significant role in the transformation of the learning and development offer through data and technology, to create a great learning experience and learning development for the many co-workers. You will be part of the Learning & Development capability team.  


    Job description

    In this role, you will;

    • Lead, coach and have managerial responsibility for the learning team whilst being accountable for business deliverables.   

    • Secure that learning and development initiatives, connected to the different competence areas, are delivered and meet the co-worker reality.   

    • Create and secure project plans and deliverables, working cross functionally within IKEA 

    • Responsible for Learning development and Learning experience ways of working and for constantly driving development of the organization to be up to date with the world around us. 

    • Lead the work together with other stakeholders across IKEA to transform the learning and development offer, through data and technology. 

     


    Qualification

    As a Learning Team manager, you have a good understanding of the IKEA strategic framework and the connection to learning and development. You work according to the IKEA vision, concept, business Idea and live the IKEA culture & values. You have experience and knowledge of the IKEA Leadership, and you are a true role model. 
     

    Furthermore: 

    • You have strong leadership skills and love to develop people and business together. 

    • You build trust and strong relationships in the team. 

    • You have strong stakeholder management skills and easily build strong and trustful relationships with multiple stakeholders on different levels. 

    • You dare to influence, inspire and make a difference. 

    • You have strong communication and facilitation skills. 

    • You have the ability to combine strategic, tactical and operational work. 

    • You have value chain knowledge as well as thorough knowledge in data and tech related to learning development. 

    • You have the ability to lead people and business in change processes. 

    • You lead by example, and you are a true ambassador of IKEA culture and values.
