  • IKEA Doncaster are looking to welcome a Warehouse Shift Coordinator to the booking office, in IKEA we call this a Fulfilment & Replenishment Operations Coordinator.

    WHAT WE OFFER

    • The Start Date of employment will be 5th of January 2026.
    • The role offers a starting salary of £28,473 per annum, based on competence and experience.
    • We offer a choice of two contracts. 37.5 Hours working 5 days per week between the hours of 06:00am - 22:00pm including two out of four weekends per month.
    37.5 Hours working 4 days per week every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Between the hours of 06:00am - 22:00pm.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with the motivation to manage tasks confidently in a demanding environment.
    • Ability to prioritise and organise yours and others workloads swiftly and with attention to detail.
    • Experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Effectively perform the role in the assigned booking office area, which includes, booking in and out shipments to site which involves working with external transport companies, receiving goods with accuracy and keeping accurate records of data.
    • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for external partners and co-workers.
    • Use of IT equipment is required in this operation and ensuring that daily routines are followed and carried out correctly.
    •You are required to work outside to conduct vehicle and yard checks coming in and out of site.
