Job description
We are looking for a Country Commercial Activities & Self Serve Leader with a business mind and passion in the home furnishing business, who can support us in securing the IKEA brand and our overall vision of “creating a better everyday life for the many people”.
- You are proactively working with the commercial calendar, coordinating all regional campaigns, activities and products with high commercial potential.
- You are analysing the Thailand activity performance; identifying successful activities, solutions and ideas; and using this information to improve the planning of future activities.
- You are supporting the stores in executing the commercial calendar, monitoring their sales results, major stock availability issues, following up on deviations in order to share good solutions.
Qualification
- You have high energy, a passion for home furnishings and a love for selling.
- You are creative and can work with partners to create, improve and share good ideas.
- You are analytical, customer-focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, have a flair for engaging people at all levels and influencing outcomes.
- Strategic planning, agile working and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment is a norm for you.
- You are a team player and are not afraid of doing other tasks in the sales department.
- As a matrix manager responsible for your business area in the IKEA stores, we expect you to embody company values and to lead by example.
- You influence, develop and energize the Store Commercial Activity Leaders and will actively engage them in securing their competence development and their department’s sales growth.
