Job description

About the job
The Learning & Development specialist, IKEA Thailand will support all IKEA stores to developing and implementing learning strategies that empower IKEA co-worker to deliver exceptional customer experiences through targeted competence development, ensuring employees have the skills necessary to enhance performance and meet business goals by promoting learning in business approach and strengthen 70-20-10 Learning model. Putting into practice in the most effective and efficient way.

Your assignment
• Foster a lifelong learning culture leading by example to drive measurable behavioural improvement and embody core culture and values.
• Collaborating with various development tools to and regularly review action, ensuring employees has the necessary skills align with job profile.
• Partnering with HR teams and managers across different locations (stores, service office) to deliver on the learning agenda across all sites.
• Develop and facilitate learning solutions (including digital ones) and field coaching and followup working alongside with stakeholder in the store to identify opportunities for functional competence development.
• Monitor how learning initiatives improve sales and productivity, to ensure these efforts boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintaining a presence at all IKEA stores and service office locations to support and communicate L&D initiatives in alignment with the agreed frequency in the L&D plan.
• Focusing on foundational learning programs, to ensure strong competency levels within the organization.
•  Serving as a supper user My Learning, customizing learning offerings based on needs, and promoting the use of IKEA’s learning tools and materials for greater quality and utilization.
• Managing digital training records, generating relevant reports, and ensuring compliance with local government legislation regarding training and development

• Strong knowledge of IKEA Learning offers, programs, and tools, with the ability to adapt learning solutions to deliver various learning styles and methods.
• Ability to design and facilitate development programs, workshops, and team development initiatives with KPIs for business measurement.
• Capable of balancing operational focus with strategic thinking.
• Able to express ideas and opinions effectively, with the ability to influence and inspire others, and communicate clearly with people at different levels and in various situations.

Note
This position will be based in IKEA Bang Yai. Frequent travel to the other stores is required.
