    Job description

    Reporting to the Business Analyst. This role will work closely with other accounting teammates to contribute effectively towards the achievement of organisational financial goals and objectives by delivering prudent and timely work practices in relation to payments and reports.
    • Monitor and update daily sales reconciliation related numbers with SO finance for store & IFB.
    • Perform reconciliation of GL accounts related to sales and collections and archive Accounting documents;
    • Coordinate with Customer Relations while being the custodian of the cash reconciliation
    process.
    • Support the store in monitoring rules and regulations as part of store operating process.
    • Centrally consolidate and act as the control point between store and SO Finance for invoicing matters.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports in relation to Finance functions;
    • Liaise with banks and customers on collection related enquires;
    • Any others accounting and financial related tasks.


    Qualification

    • Having working experience on Accounting & Financial.
    • Familiarity with cash management systems, financial statements analysis including an ability to analyse cash flow and the impact on the financial statements.
    • Knowledge of MS Office i.e. excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point as well as accounting program such as SAP, Oracle, Navision and etc.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and analytical & problem-solving skills.
