    Higher education in visual merchandising, design or art
    Creative thinking supported by commercial visual competence and a keen eye for aesthetics
    You can communicate in English
    You have the ability to visualize and present ideas
    Actively seeking new and improved ways of working simply and cost-efficiently in a fast paced retail environment
    You have a flexible hands-on approach with eagerness to implement physically what you design
    If you have experience with working in retail environment, it is a big plus
    It is not a must but if you are familiar with any type of design softwares, it is a big plus (AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop etc.)

    Creating relevant range presentation solutions by working with store layout and vitality
    Providing home furnishing solutions for a single product or a combination of products to improve people’s life at home.
    Demonstrating the uniqueness of the IKEA product range through your visual merchandising competence and display techniques in different store media and activity areas to distance us from the competition.
    Securing the use of the store layout to create a good product overview and strong visual impact that facilitates the buying process.
    Ability to understand work briefs and create relevant solutions in the office
    Eagerness to implement these solutions in the store physically

    You are going to be a member of Visual Merchandising & Activity (Shop Design) Team which is part of Communication & Interior Design Department
