  • Your responsibilities

    To support the development and realization of the Strategic Landscape and the Strategy & Insight Frameworks through leading strategic
    and insight development initiatives across Ingka Group.

    Based on defined business needs create and share actionable consumer and customer insights to enable better informed strategies, plans and decisions in the local market. Build consumer and customer understanding to inform key stakeholders within and outside commercial how to create value for customers and consumers, while delivering growth for the business.

    You will:

    -Collect, analyse and synthetize consumer, customer, brand, and internal data to generate insights that contribute to recommendations and informed decisions making

    -Manage, develop and improve marketing intelligence activities including market research, competitive environment, key market players behaviours, market and macroeconomics trends, demand and consumption development

    -Support the Insights Leader in adaptation, implementation and work with global tools, methodologies and solutions, and contribute to creation of new where necessary

    -Act as a member of the C&CI team and proactively contribute insight & ideas to C&CI plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals

    Who you are

    You will be inserted in the Consumer & Insight team at the IKEA Retail Italia headquarters in Carugate. You will find a dynamic, international and challenging environment. During your internship you will have the opportunity to support the team in different activities:

    -Academic background in Marketing, Innovation, Business Administration or related field
    -Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data to commercially viable insights
    -Interest for a dynamic environment under transformation such as Retail
    -Good leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate in an inspirational way
    -Experience in using quantitative and qualitative research and internal data
    -Advanced use of MS Office, in particular Excel and Power Point
    -Fluent in English
