• ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบตกแต่งบ้านตามความชอบของลูกค้าและงบประมาณที่เหมาะสม
• ดูแลลูกค้าให้เกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์เชิงรุกกับลูกค้าทั้งลูกค้าองค์กรและลูกค้ารายบุคคลเพื่อให้บรรลุถึงความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
• รับผิดชอบงานตามที่รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

• มีความชื่นชอบและความรู้เกี่ยวกับด้านการตกแต่งบ้านหรือออกแบบภายใน การค้าปลีกและการสื่อสาร
• มีทักษะด้านการบริการลูกค้าและด้านการขาย
• ความสามารถด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมและทำงานได้ด้วยตนเองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตรงเวลา
• มีความรู้ ทักษะด้านการบริการที่หลากหลาย
• มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์แก้ปัญหาและสามารถจัดการงานหลายสิ่งได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีค่านิยม IKEA สามารถรับความหลากหลายทั้งของเพื่อนร่วมงานและลูกค้า
