You enjoy working on complex situations and issues that are both strategic, tactical and operational, and you have a willingness to analyze business opportunities relevant to the market and customers.

You need have a constant desire to develop and improve the business, and be able to influence others to see future possibilities

- We are looking for someone with a university degree in economics or logistics or with equivalent working experience, preferably from logistics or retail.
- You will also need knowledge of labour law and third party relations (unions, external service providers, etc.) and computer skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French is required.

What you'll be doing day to day

The Unit Manager is taking the lead and overall responsibility for operational excellence, performance and development of the unit. She/he is leading, steering, planning, supporting and following up the operations and the development of the organization within the unit. The Unit Manager’s role is also to lead, coach and develop teams responsible for delivering goods within the agreed time and in the agreed quality to the lowest possible operational costs with the customer in focus and the total supply chain in mind.
