You lead and inspire your team and are responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and increasing sales and profitability results in your department.

• You have experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team and achieve excellent results together with your Team.
• You have a passion for sales, work goal-oriented, and have a strong customer focus.
• You understand how to drive commercial performance in a retail environment through continuous optimization and management of your sales area.
• You use your strong analytical skills to make careful decisions.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You are aware that your working hours are based on our opening hours and you are willing to work late shifts and Saturdays regularly.
Your responsibilities
• Responsibility for aligning sales measures according to cross-country guidelines, implementing them in your department, and achieving sales Goals.
• Managing sales in your department, focusing on prioritized products (e.g., overstock) and IKEA services to maximize revenue and long-term profitability.
• Actively working on the sales floor and ensuring that the department is always in perfect condition.
• Developing and coaching your team and individual employees.
• Leading the team and defining the work schedule to ensure that your department is always adequately staffed to serve customers and actively support them in their purchases.
• Promoting IKEA's social and environmental commitment together with your team.
