    Your responsibilities

    • Contributes to the implementation of global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
    • Ensure that retail foundations and sales steering tools, food safety and Swedishness are in place to optimise commerciality
    • Lead and implement the commercial strategy and commercial calendar in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
    • Drive the cross merchandising strategy to maximise sales by liaising effectively with the relevant stakeholders
    • Lead and manage the food supply chain for efficient ordering, production and inventory levels to maximise profitability
    • Develop and improve by seeking and acting upon customer feedback
    • Ensure that the Bistro & Swedish Food Market is in shape as new, that common store planning is followed and vitality packages are implemented
    • Contribute to the creation and implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Retail Food business plan and other action plans
    • Responsible for securing an excellent customer experience by ensuring that the team has the correct knowledge about the IKEA range (Food and product) and the IKEA services and can share this with customers in a good way
    • Identify, recruit, introduce, and develop the many talents and to secure succession planning
    • Secure a lean, diverse and high performing team through building IKEA Food and IKEA competence and leadership and empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative
    • Responsible for the implementation of the global and national people and sustainability strategies
