    • Who you are
    • Proven leadership experience in logistics or retail (2+ years), with a strong track record of developing people and organizations.
    • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial and operational KPIs.
    • Strong communication with fluency in English (verbal and written).
    • Deep understanding of fulfilment flows, forecasting, stock accuracy, and store operations.
    • Solid understanding of the supply chain and its connection with retail business processes.
    • Strong belief in the IKEA vision, culture, and values and deep knowledge of the IKEA Concept, Brand Identity, and ways of working.
    • Ability to collaborate across functions and drive improvements in a multichannel environment.
    • Able to work on weekends, public holidays and between 05:00 and 21:30 (This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, working 8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
    Your responsibilities
    • Accountable for leading the Fulfilment Integration team and identify, recruit and develop the talents within the team, securing succession planning and performance contributing to an excellent customer experience.
    • Responsible for securing precision of the operational forecast compared to the actual sales in the store unit.
    • Contribute to successful implementation of actions connected to commercial calendar, local activities, peak planning and sales steering by being an active partner in the planning process.
    • Responsible for having the holistic overview regarding the impact of the different fulfilment flows and effects on store parameters taking actions to secure the most optimal settings.
    • Responsible for correct parameter setting enabling optimal need planning for the store.
    • Responsible for providing information regarding changes in future flows to relevant stakeholders and work closely with the Fulfilment Manager and the Fulfilment Operations Manager securing a living capacity plan and an effective, qualitative and efficient fulfilment process.
    • Contribute to securing the range change process by monitoring and high lighting deviations to the relevant commercial team partners.
    • Responsible for analyzing different elements of the stock structure and addressing optimization potentials to relevant stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the store business plan and logistics action plan, ensuring implementation of the agreed actions.

    We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fulfilment Integration Manager to enable efficient operations by leading, coaching, and developing the Integration team, co-operating with supply chain partners and securing correct replenishment of the unit. Securing an excellent commercial planning and execution by actively working together with unit commercial partners. Responsible for securing the agreed availability goals and correct stock structure for the unit.
