    • Good knowledge of IKEA processes (retail and/or logistics processes), tools and working methods leading to excellent operations.
    • Good knowledge and understanding of the customer’s needs, demands and expectations in the local market.
    • Good knowledge and understanding of KPIs used for success measures for own function.
    • Good knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools.
    • Good knowledge in the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand Identity and the IKEA Culture & Values.

    • Contributing to the planning and execution of Commercial activation, local, country, and global.
    • Contributing to the execution of Operational Forecasting in the unit in co-operation with commercial partners, by proactively monitoring and highlighting deviations and securing high quality in the operational forecast.
    • Contributing to securing correct range management in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking needed actions.
    • Contributing to securing correct stock accuracy in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking needed actions.
    • Contributing to securing optimal Stock structure by proactively working to reduce Avoidable stock, resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs.
