    • Understanding of retail logistics performance monitoring and how KPIs are built up and influence each other.
    • Knowledge of working methods to prevent goods’ damages during all in-store goods flow processes.
    • Knowledge of effective merchandising principles that make shopping easy and keep sales spaces full and attractive.
    • Experience in creating, following, and maintaining guiding framework documents with internal and/or external stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of supply chain methods, policies, and requirements related to goods transportation and delivery from IKEA warehouses and suppliers to IKEA store and from IKEA units to customer homes.
    • Able to work on weekends, public holidays and between 05:00 and 21:30 (This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, working 8 hours per day, 5 days a week)

    Your responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Fulfilment Manager, Fulfilment Integration Manager and Sales to optimize store capacity, balancing inbound and outbound volume for efficient logistics operations, and planning for future needs.
    • Lead the goods flow team in collaboration with the Store Fulfilment Operations Leader and commercial team to ensure optimal goods availability and efficient order fulfilment.
    • Identify, recruit, retain and develop the many talents in the goods flow team to secure a diverse, competent team that can execute it’s assigned responsibilities with confidence and secure the future succession.
    • Uphold IKEA’s commitment to environmental sustainability, taking actions that contribute to long-term profitability in a sustainable way.
    • Foster IKEA’s values and culture, inspiring colleagues to achieve extraordinary achievements.
    • Ensure the team’s compliance with IKEA’s code of conduct, internal regulations, and local legislation regarding health, safety, security, and the environment.
    • Guarantee a positive customer shopping experience through effective, quality, and efficient goods flow within the store’s processes.
