    • Work closely with the Multi-skilling Manager to align on scopes, priorities, and ways of working
    • Drive a structured Skill-Up Roadmap (Level A–C) to develop cross-functional competencies
    • Support daily operations across multiple functions and secure high execution standards
    • Ensure your team delivers excellent customer service and contributes to a strong customer experience
    • Allocate resources dynamically based on daily, weekly, and seasonal business needs
    • Strengthen commercial results by connecting customer needs with operational readiness
    • Build a team that is flexible, proactive, and confident in solving problems across the store
    • Monitor sales, productivity, and add-on performance, taking quick action where needed
    • Secure smooth collaboration between functions by enabling three-function rotation per coworker each day
