    • This position is add-on specialist in commercial activity.
    • You have a passion for selling, reaching your goals and getting the best for IKEA customers.

    • You have the right attitude and behaviour to actively sell and support customers in their buying journey, with a strong understanding of customer behaviour.
    • You are understanding and active use of the Selling the IKEA way and Pricing the IKEA way manuals.
    • You have the ability to make things happen by championing flexibility, speed, and simplicity, and thoughtful decision-maker who takes responsibility and delegates when appropriate.
    • You have ability to lead business through people by demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
    • You are a good communicator who speaks to co-workers and customers in a friendly and engaged manner.
    • You have ability to numeracy and computer (Excel) literacy and analytical skills.

    A day in your life with us

    • You are responsible for managing, monitoring, and executing proper merchandising by placing the right products in the right add-on spaces and in the right quantities, in alignment with the space-specific add-on strategy.
    • You follow up on add-on results weekly through FIXA dashboard , identify quick actions that can contribute to the business, and work with relevant teams to implement them.
    • As a FIXA Super User, You will provide training to the Sales Team on how to effectively use the FIXA add-on, including key features, best practices, and real-world applications to enhance daily operations.
    • You understand and actively implement every launch vitality planning using the add-on, aligning with the commercial calendar to visualize seasonality across the entire store.
    • You work closely with the Commercial team to ensure customers are provided with a positive shopping experience.
    • You actively contribute and support all add-on related marketing and in-store activities and to use these as an opportunity to proactively drive sales within add-on locations.
    • You actively contribute and support to handle Range changes effectively.
    • You actively support and develop co-operation with other functions, by sharing knowledge, in order to make add-on performance in the most commercially profitable way.
