    Your responsibilities

    • Drive daily sales and service execution based on customer needs and commercial priorities.
    • Lead and support a multi-skilled team on the floor to secure availability, selling and service quality.
    • Coordinate cross-functional work across sales, customer relations and fulfilment.
    • Secure daily operational standards, safety and compliance.
    • Recruit, develop and engage co-workers within assigned scope.
    • Act as Manager on Duty when required.
