More than 1 year of experience in corporate HR or the recruitment industry
Confidence in conducting interviews in English
Business-level Japanese (able to handle interviews and email correspondence in Japanese)

【Job Description】
Collaborate with department leaders and managers to accurately understand recruitment needs and lead the recruitment process
Utilize various channels such as job postings, direct sourcing, and referral recruitment to find the best candidates
Conduct online and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability
Participate in job fairs and events to convey the appeal of working at IKEA and attract talented individuals
Provide a selection process based on IKEA values, improving the candidate experience
Conduct training for interviewers to improve the quality of the recruitment process
Analyze recruitment data and implement process improvements to enhance overall recruitment efficiency

>Monthly Workflow: Beginning to Mid-Month
Schedule and conduct interviews
Make recruitment decisions around the 10th of each month for the following month and send offers
Participate in job fairs and events as needed
Hold meetings with department leaders and managers to review monthly recruitment needs and goals
Create job postings and organize recruitment resources

>End of Month
Analyze recruitment data and reflect improvements for the next month
Hold meetings with Unit P&C to share improvements in the recruitment process
Plan new recruitment strategies and next steps

The recruitment team consists of one recruitment manager and six recruiters, for a total of seven members.

【Working Hours】
Flex-time system
Core time: 10:00-15:00Standard working example: 9:00-18:00

【Shift Information】
Generally, weekends and holidays are off. However, depending on recruitment needs and situations, you may be required to work on weekends and holidays.

【Employment Status】
- Full-time regular employee- 40 hours per week contract
(Part-time permanent employee 25-38hours per week Contract)
- Probation period: 6 months
- Start date is the first day of every month (consult with us about your start date)
- Retirement age: 65 years old
