About this work area
• Achieve excellence in daily DC/CDC operations by planning inbound and outbound flows with a strong customer and total supply chain focus. • Plan inbound flows to support efficient goods receiving and outbound flows to secure timely, accurate picking and packing aligned with lead time goals. • Register and update shipments within Yard Management systems, securing all required transport documentation is completed daily. • Translate short term forecasts into operational capacity needs and identify opportunities for improvement. • Analyze end to end planning processes and troubleshoot deviations to secure on time delivery, proper fill rate, and operational stability. • Communicate and align with multiple stakeholders—internal and external—to ensure smooth service to customers and partners. • Optimize flow planning to support efficient internal, end to end operations. • Support Team Leaders by coordinating resource and equipment planning aligned with daily and upcoming operational needs. • Collaborate with the Integration Team to ensure all prerequisites for efficient, customer centric operations are in place. • Contribute to capacity planning within the unit to secure readiness for varying volume demands. • Ensure new operational setups, process changes, and planning updates are clearly communicated and adopted by relevant teams.

• Minimum 2 years of related experience • Previous experience in WMS or ERP systems is desirable. Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.
