    IKEA Supply is responsible for securing that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers. We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, but also retail markets to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost.

    Job description

    You will contribute to the co-worker experience by ensuring that our co-workers receive the total rewards offer (compensation and benefits) on time with high quality. You will be responsible for processing payroll bi-weekly for our King of Prussia, PA office. You will be the first point of contact for all payroll-related queries, providing support and guidance to co-workers and other stakeholders for payroll questions and/or guide them to the responsible colleague in P&C when needed. You will also lead tax compliance, compensation review, international/domestic mobility, and other total rewards-related audits.

    You will have responsibilities including but are not limited to:

    • Pre-payroll activities: Verify time data and employee master data for payroll and off-cycle payments, ensuring compliance with regulations and payroll schedules.
    • Payroll processing: Perform regular and off-cycle payroll calculations, verifying results against legal and operational requirements.
    • File Integration: Oversee file integrations and manage benefits data integrations between HRIS system and benefits systems.
    • Tax & social contributions: Retrieve and verify tax files, collaborate with Finance to process payments and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Employee support: Address payroll inquiries and assist employees and P&C representatives with payroll and master data issues.
    • Issue tracking & compliance: Document discrepancies, escalate issues, monitor legal changes, and support system updates and process improvements.
    • Tax & audit compliance: Prepare and verify tax reports, reconcile data, and submit required documents to authorities and auditors.
    • Legal & statistical reporting: Compile payroll-related reports, including expatriate payroll data, for regulatory filings.
    • Third-party coordination: Ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with insurers and regulatory bodies.
    • Knowledge sharing: Support expertise development within P&C teams and external partners on payroll processes. Participate in Global Total Rewards Matrix.
    • HR data management: Maintain employee records in HR databases, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
    • Compensation/Salary Review: Manage salary process review in partnership with P&C partners and gaining insight from global matrix.
    • Mobility Processing: Coordinates and advises international/domestic mobility co-worker cases, ensuring seamless transition

     


    Qualification

    You have lots of energy, a strong drive and high commitment and you enjoy working in a diverse and changing environment where there is still time for laughter every day.

    We also see that you:

    • At least 5-8 years’ experience in Total Rewards, Payroll, and /or Compensation
    • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences in English, both verbally and in writing.
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to drive results
    • Good knowledge of local employment legislations, co-worker relations and labor market situations and trends
    • Advanced Proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups and data manipulation.
    • Experience with Workday (HRIS system) and Strada (payroll vendor) for processing and reporting is essential
    • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, along with excellent communication skills for interacting with global teams and vendors, is required
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
