We are looking for a Planning & Order Point - Studio Planning Manager to lead our new Planning & Order Point in Hull.

WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be: March 2025.
• This role offers a salary ranging from £36,497.14 per annum, based on competence & experience.
• 39 hours working 5 days per week, shifts will include evenings and alternative weekend working.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• You have been responsible for a team for a minimum of two years.
• You enjoy exploring new ways of working promoting and encouraging change within your team as a way to secure long term growth.
• You are skilled at building trust and communicating clearly with different people in various situations.
• You can work both strategically and operationally using flexibility and simplicity to accomplish tasks.
• You have a customer first mindset that you use to inspire your team, ensuring that the customer experience is in focus in everything they do.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Ensuring that the store works ethically and in compliance with internal regulations and external laws in relation to risk, safety and security, environment, property, facilities and food safety.
• You will monitor and analyse staff costs ensuring the unit has the right staffing levels used in the most cost efficient way, meeting staff cost budgets, managing the effective use of staffing resource continuously evaluating and improving this.
• You will promote a positive customer experience in the Planning & Order point by ensuring co-workers work to build trust and x between the customer and the brand.
• You work with the main store to ensure the Planning & Order Point is locally relevant, using appropriate range presentation and communication.
• You will analyse the sales performance of the Planning & Order Point and use any findings to create action plans to improve.
• You will support your co-worker in becoming skilled and knowledgeable, recognise their contributions and work with them to identify and develop succession.
• You will be part of the unit duty management team, key holder and Emergency Response Group member responsible for the safety and security of the co workers, customers and the Planning & Order Point premises.
