Step into the action at the heart of IKEA’s self-serve experience. As a Warehouse Sales Assistant, you’ll help customers find and collect their products, keep the area safe and well-stocked, and bring energy and efficiency to every interaction on the shop floor.
WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be: 15th November 2025 • Competitive hourly rate of £13.25 per hour. • 12-16 Hours working 2-4 days per week. • 12 hour contracts will be weekend working only, 16 hour contracts will receive 1 in every 4 weekends off • We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Previous warehouse and sales experience are preferred but not essential, all you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work both individually and together as part of our team in collaboration with various departments. • Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail. • You are computer literate and able to work with technology.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Your priority is the customer experience, focusing on enhancing sales and ensuring stock availability while maintaining an organised, tidy shopping environment and preparing for the next day's delivery. • Manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock. Using pump trucks and trolleys to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse. • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
