    What you'll be doing day to day
    As an Automated Warehouse Specialist working at our Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:

    Contribute to high performing daily operational processes by developing and optimizing the automation systems capabilities with a proactive approach and the End-to-End Fulfilment processes in mind.

    Handle errors, minor bug fixes and a neat and clean environment to secure the machines high performance in operations.

    Implement and coordinate the level 0 support, perform connected analyses in case of disturbances and to react in case of disruption/problems within the automations’ configuration and act upon system failures.

    Lead system deployments, implementing system developments and setting up aligned operations. Develop the necessary competencies to operate the automated solution and act as a change agent towards leaders and co-workers.

    Initiate follow-up, create actions based on agreed automation Key Performance Indicators, and track the process according to system setup definitions.

    HOURS: Salary role. The pay range for this role is $67,792 to $89,489

    QUALIFICATIONS
    University degree (economics, logistics, supply chain management) or experience in logistics/commercial/supply chain management.

    2 years related experience.

    Retail/home furnishings/supply chain/customer service experience or interest.

    Analytical and numerical skills with ability to identify required actions.

    Experience in problem solving and improving ways of working with ability to analyze end user needs.

    Excellent computer skills.

    Fluent in English both written and verbal.

    Experience at both tactical and operational levels.
    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 67,972 USD to 89,498 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
