    Additional Information:
    • These roles are Temporary (3 months) Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight
    • The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker
    • The Hiring Manager for this role is Dan Snyman - Fulfilment Operations Manager

    • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts – 9:00am to 8:30pm Monday to Sunday. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

    About this work area

    As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
    • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
    • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
    • Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
    • Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
    • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.

    • A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
