    What you need to know

    • This role is Permanent, Full-time 76hrs/fortnight.

    About this work area

    As Central Fulfilment Goods Flow Manager your responsibilities will include:
    • Leading and inspiring a large, diverse team to deliver safe, efficient, and accurate goods flow across the DC and CDC operations.
    • Embedding a safety culture into all aspects of the goods flow operation.
    • Developing and mentoring your team leaders, coordinators, and co-workers, actively planning succession to create a strong leadership pipeline.
    • Securing the Goods Flow team’s competence in processes, compliance with IKEA rules, guidelines, SOPs, and relevant laws and regulations within the goods flow operation.
    • Securing staff and equipment planning to ensure operational activities meet goods availability requirements.
    • Engaging with stakeholders across functions to support business growth and service excellence.



    • Proven experience leading large teams within a warehousing, logistics or fulfilment environment.
    • A strong safety-first mindset with a track record of embedding safe practices into culture.
    • An exceptional people leader with the proven ability to coach, inspire, challenge, and develop a high performing team.
    • Experienced in leading from the front, while being able to step in to strategic planning for smooth and well-planned operations.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
    • A forward thinker who works calmly under pressure, takes ownership of quick decisions and is an effective problem solver.
    • Resilience, adaptability and a strong sense of accountability
