    Additional information:
    These roles are Permanent 60 & 76 hrs/fortnight
    Applications close Monday 3 November 2025
    You must have the initial availability to work a variety of AM and or PM shifts on weekdays and in the future on alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).
    If you are successful for this role, you will be required to obtain a Forklift LO and LF licence

    About this work area

    As a Goods Flow Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Picking, packing, and checking customer online orders for truck or parcel delivery within set KPIs.
    • Using your attention to detail skills when picking assigned orders, using the RF scanning system to check accuracy.
    • Prepare orders for delivery by labelling and arranging stock for dispatch accordingly.
    • Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked.
    • Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is precise and accurate.
    • Ensuring IKEA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both you and co-workers.
