    What you'll be doing day to day

    As a Business Account Leader, optimizing IKEA for Business sales and profitability, you will:

    Lead the IKEA for Business team; fostering their development, coaching them, and challenging them to encourage growth and exceptional performance.

    Create the IKEA for Business action plan to deliver to the market business plan with input from key stakeholders.

    Analyze sales and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to focus on important projects and enhance overall performance.

    Create a convenient and professional meeting with the customer in the market, both online and in person.

    Build long-lasting relationships with local businesses communities and actively promote IKEA as a reliable brand and business partner in the local market.

    Understand the market Profit and Loss (P&L) and the influence the department has on the financial results.

    Present and sell larger projects to customers' stakeholder/management groups.

    Create sales quotations, follow up on customer journeys, and see projects to completion.

    Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

    JOB TYPE – Regular, Full-time, Hourly Team Leader; In Location, Onsite; Retail, Sales, Services, Supervisor, People and Business Management, Home Furnishing

    HOURS – Salaried, Retail Management

    SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Operations generally range between the window of 8am to 11pm; Minimum one weekend off per month; Work schedules are published one month in advance

    PAY – The starting rates/salary for this position range from $61,979 to $90,203 and will be based on equivalent work experience

    POSTING – The anticipated closing date is on or around 6/25/25

    QUALIFICATIONS

    3 years of related experience.

    Minimum 2 years leading and developing a team.

    Minimum 3 years in sales, customer service, or key account management.
