    What you need to know
    • These roles are:
    1 - Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight
    1 - Permanent Part-time, 60hrs/fortnight
    1 - Temporary (until August 2026) Part-time, 60hrs/fortnight
    • The Hiring Manager for this role is Kenn McCartney - Fulfilment Operations Manager
    • Applications close Wednesday 1st October 2025
    • You must be available to work shifts between 6am and 10pm, Monday through Sunday.
    • Roster includes a mix of day/evening shifts and availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month (both Saturday and Sunday)
    • In--person interviews will be held on Thursday 25th September 2025.
    • The start date for these roles is Monday 13th October 2025

    About this work area

    As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you will:
    • Pick, pack, and check products for in-store and online customer orders, meeting set KPIs.
    • Hand out Click & Collect orders, organise deliveries, and resolve order-related issues.
    • Contribute to goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment and stock control.
    • Follow IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep customers and co-workers safe.
    • Operate forklifts and other equipment to complete fulfilment tasks.
    • Manage stock storage, retrieval, replenishment, and internal transport within the warehouse.
    • Support the wider fulfilment team with tasks such as Click & Collect handouts.

    • A passion for fulfilment operations with strong attention to detail.
    • A collaborative mindset, while also being confident working independently.
    • Energy and resilience – you’ll be on your feet and physically active all day.
    • A strong customer focus in everything you do.
    • The ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
    • A commitment to safety and comfort with manual handling, including repetitive heavy lifting.
