    Additional Information:
    • We currently have (2) Permanent Part-time positions available, 60 hours per fortnight.

    • The shift times required to work will be spread between 7:30am to 9:30pm.

    About this work area

    As ​Product Quality & Recovery Co-worker​ your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide knowledgeable advice on IKEA products and services.
    • Present As-Is products with a strong commercial expression, setting attractive yet profitable pricing.
    • Recover products to give them a second chance, including repackaging and restoring items to a saleable condition.
    • Assemble products according to instructions to ensure complete functionality.
    • Support store quality processes to continuously improve customers' perception of IKEA products.
    • Consider sustainability impact when deciding how to recover or process products.
    • Build strong cross-relationships to support recovery, quality and compliance processes.
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers.

    This role plays a key part in reducing waste, driving profitability, and strengthening customer trust in IKEA quality.
