What you need to know • We currently have three (3) Permanent Part-time positions available, ranging from 24–40 hours per fortnight. • Applications close Thursday 20th November 2025 • If your application is progressed, you will be contacted and invited to an in-person interview on 24th-25th November 2025 • As our store operates seven days per week, you must be available to work a rotating roster, including a mix of day and evening shifts. You must also be available to work three out of four weekends per month (both Saturday and Sunday).

As a Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions. • Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised sales area, ensuring products are priced correctly and fully stocked. • Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
