    Your Role

    As a People and Culture Specialist, you will act as a business partner for the front line leaders and employees, collaborating with them on people-related activities. Together with the rest of P&C team, you will make efforts to ensure that people strategies are effectively implemented at a local level, creating a work environment where IKEA values and culture are a living reality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate processes that are an essential part of IKEA People Strategy.
      • Recruitment – there’s couple of recruitment process that usually takes place at the same time, both internally and externally. You will be helping hiring managers to find best candidates for operators, maintenance technicians,  specialists and leaders to secure the right competence in the unit
      • Onboarding – no matter if a newcomer is joining us, or someone is simply changing the role, onboarding is key to have a smooth start in new environment. And you will be the one who can make this process happen in the most efficient way
      • Talent and development – you will be responsible for shaping and reshaping talent and development programs based on long-term strategy and development plans that are built for our coworkers
      • Engagement - helping to engagement conduct the survey, work with data showing results and support team leaders in addressing challenges and opportunities through right actions – you are the one who will be crucial to make it happen.
    • Project management – implementing, transforming, delivering… sometimes it’s a bit more complex activity that requires some Gantt chart, work coordination and stakeholders’ management.
    • Reporting and analytics – not a lot people love reporting, yet it’s an essential part of the process when you want to make sure we’re on track with our KPIs. At the same time, if you are able to spot opportunities while taking a look at the results, we will be more than happy to meet you!

    Qualification

    About You

    We believe that you are a true role model for IKEA values and have a passion for developing both organization and people. To be successful in this role, you should have certain skills and experience in at least some of the areas below:

    • Experience in HR operating in manufacturing environment
    • Proven track record in recruitment and/or talent & development
    • Practical knowledge of work regulations to ensure compliance with labor laws
    • Fluent Polish and English in speech and writing (both languages are a MUST HAVE in this role because of Polish-speaking employees in the factory and English-speaking P&C colleagues from different countries
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with diverse teams at different levels of organization
