Warehouse Assistant (Parcel) - Part Time, IKEA Pasay City

Your assignment:

• Ensure highest goods availability for customers through efficient execution of assigned goods flow tasks.
• Utilize available systems and tools to support effective goods flow processes and maintain data integrity.
• Work according to inventory routines to maximize stock accuracy and product availability.
• Adhere to IKEA health, safety, and security rules within your area of responsibility.
• Contribute to team goals and participate in the goal-setting process.
• Optimize daily goods flow operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious manner.
• Share knowledge and support colleagues in the department and other store areas as needed.

Your Profile:

• Interest in home furnishing and IKEA product range;
• Forklift Certification or expertise in forklift operation is a plus;
• 1-2 years' experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail;
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills;
• Quick learner with ability to adapt to changes and work both independently and in a team;
