What you'll be doing day to day
You're responsible for customer-centric and high-performing operations for the Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center. You will:
• Manage and optimize assigned functions of the Distribution Center / Customer Distribution Center within given frames based on an environmentally and socially sustainable Supply Chain • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing DC/CDC organization (communication flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning ) • Secure efficiency and initiate improvements to reach excellence in operations defined in the DS business plan and to fulfill performance goals defined in the GSP, with the customer in focus and the total supply chain in mind • Responsible for budget and results for the defined function of the location while ensuring that benchmarking and improvement processes are in place • Secure that the warehousing process and new technology are implemented in the DC/CDC • Ensure that IKEA rules and country-specific laws and regulations are followed ( safety & security, labor laws, etc.) • Facilitate communication and cooperation with stakeholders • Contribute to the creation of the DS area business plan and implement local action plans

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 105,000 USD to 156,000 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
