You have proven experience in external communication and/or marketing, with a solid and certified background in communication or an equivalent field.
You possess knowledge in the following areas:
In-depth understanding of business priorities and how to achieve business results through excellent communication campaigns.
Comprehensive view of communication, understanding of internal and external communication channels, and the needs of different audiences.
Excellent communication skills, ability to develop strategic communication plans for various objectives.
Ability to work independently and lead large projects in a complex environment.
Proactivity and a positive attitude in problem-solving and a pragmatic approach when necessary.
Ability to work at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence leaders at different levels.
Willingness to progress within the communication team and take on more significant responsibilities in the future.

What you'll be doing day to day
We want to strengthen our communication team with a professional passionate about communication, with experience in external communication or marketing and capable of leading integrated communication campaigns. In this role, you must understand how paid, earned, and owned media can work together and how we can reach different audiences with strong and impactful communication campaigns. You must be independent and work with various stakeholders inside and outside IKEA: public relations, public affairs, internal communication, marketing, interior design teams, as well as external agencies. You must be the ultimate project manager, capable of leading a project from start to finish, setting objectives and KPIs, creating a solid 360 communication plan, ensuring alignment with various stakeholders, executing the project, ensuring its operational implementation in line with objectives, collecting results, and following up. We are looking for a proactive person with an optimistic and creative vision and capable of overcoming challenges to ensure results.
In this role, you will:
Plan, develop, execute, and monitor integrated communication campaigns to position the IKEA brand in France and ensure business results.
Ensure alignment of different stakeholders to achieve coherent communication campaigns reaching various audiences through different channels.
Be a communication expert, coaching and advising leaders on how to create business impact with communication initiatives.
Manage performance and evaluate communication campaigns using a deep understanding of internal and external metrics and ensuring a clear return on investment.
Contribute to strategic communication planning to ensure necessary buy-in and resource prioritization.
