Additional information: • This role is Permanent Full-time 76 hrs/fortnight • Applications close Friday 11 April 2025 • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
About this work area
As a Product Quality Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Ensuring product recovery, quality and compliance processes are upheld to exceed each customer’s expectations. • Overseeing the daily operations of the team including, delegating tasks, ensuring staff have clear understanding of the task and deadlines, as well as coordinating breaks. • Providing feedback on team performance and troubleshooting and providing solutions where needed. • Overseeing product quality and compliance tasks to constantly improve customers’ product quality perception of our products. • Working closely with the different functions of the store to ensure that common working routines and processes are followed related to product recovery, quality, and compliance.
As a Product Quality Coordinator you are: • Passionate about people’s everyday life at home and home furnishing, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment. • You drive the operational focus and oversee the daily operations of the Product Recovery & Quality department, whilst ensuring co-workers approach their tasks with a strong focus on the customer transaction. • You have good attention to detail, are solution focused and have a cost-conscious mindset. • Adaptable and energetic, with strong verbal and written communication skills for successful stakeholder management. • Friendly and comfortable with connecting and interacting with people. • Comfortable with coordinating your team, setting priorities, and delegating responsibility. • Able to deliver exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive and positive co-worker experience. • Looking to develop and grow within the business.
