About the job
Be a strong contributor in management teams and to co-workers, provide HR subject matter expertise, process HR operations matters and ensure that the HR strategies are put into practice in the most effective and efficient way in order to fulfil the purpose of the HR function.
Your assignment
- Support and guide in the recruitment and introduction process. Using the framework to be able to attract and retain people
- Ensure that remuneration practises in the store are competitive related to local market which enable us to attract and retain the right people in our business.
- Ensure that the store uses HR data to enable better management of all human resource related processes
- Ensure that payroll, time and attendance, staff planning works in a timely and efficient way
- Contribute actively that the store has a sufficient number of well qualified managers using management and competence review as the main tool and method for success
- Ensure that the store has a systematic approach to learning and development following the learning staircase when building business competence
- Support managers in the development talk/performance appraisals process.
- Ensure that managers in store regularly strengthen their individual leadership capability to meet both current situation and future business needs
Qualification
Your profile
- Leadership earned through at least 3-5 years of management experience. Knowledge of local laws and regulations concerning the labour market
- Trustworthy, honest, fair, good judgment
- Ability to communicate organisation values as well as good communication and influencing skills
