  • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Ensure the correct implementation of the store Commercial Calendar and activity plan, monitor performance and share insights with key stakeholders to maximize the impact of commercial initiatives
    • Work closely with the commercial team to secure an inspiring and engaging store experience across all customer touchpoints, encouraging customers to visit more frequently and interact with the brand
    • Define and implement the store add-on strategy, supporting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and ensuring strong collaboration across store functions involved in commercial execution
    • Contribute to the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives, supporting the acquisition and activation of loyalty program members and enhancing customer value through targeted activities and benefits
    • Monitor key commercial KPIs and customer feedback to quickly identify opportunities or risks, adapting actions accordingly and contributing to sustainability priorities within the store offering

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Good knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to identify add-on, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to meet customer needs
    • Strong understanding of how commercial activities, planning tools and KPIs support sales performance and customer engagement
    • Experience working with data and customer insights to monitor performance and support decision-making in a fast-changing retail environment
    • Strong communication skills in Italian and English, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for developing people and improving the customer experience
