As a Checkout Services Manager, you will be responsible, together with your team, to ensure a comfortable check-out and payment process for our customers. This includes securing a fast, easy and customer-friendly check out, a cost-effective payment process and that payments are handled in a reliable and efficient way. Your team will be some of the final IKEA contact points for many customers and are thus essential in creating a memorable shopping experience.
• You are an inspiring leader with strong social and communication skills, who approaches others openly and proactively. • You have several years of professional experience in customer care and have already successfully managed a team. • You have an affinity for numbers, are cost-conscious and have excellent negotiating skills. • You are solution-oriented and enjoy solving customer- and operations-related issues. • You work well independently, are decisive and are thus able to implement solutions quickly and effectively. • Your attention to detail, accuracy and structured way of working allow you to keep an overview over multiple tasks and responsibilities. • You speak both the local language and English fluently.
