Additional information: • These roles are Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight • Applications close Wednesday 11th June 2025 • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster, from 7am to 9pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
About this work area
As an IKEA Food Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Ensuring your area is efficiently maintained in compliance with Food standards by keeping it clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience. • Food preparation and customer service with a focus on food safety, controlling waste, and following production levels. • Clearing tables, wiping down benchtops and stocktake. • Active selling, cash handling and customer service.
Who you are
As an IKEA Food Co-worker you are: • Passionate, committed, and have a love for food in its quality and presentation. • Experienced with working in a fast paced, hands-on environment. Previous hospitality and cookery experience is highly regarded. • Enthusiastic about working within a team of like-minded people. • Able to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks.
