Additional Information: • These roles are Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight • The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker • Applications close 24 July 2026 • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. o Monday – Wednesday: 6:00am to 7:30pm o Thursday & Friday: 6:00am to 9:30pm o Saturday & Sunday: 6:00am to 6:30pm • You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). • If your application is progressed, you will be contacted and invited to a Group Assessment Centre for the week commencing 27 July 2026
About this work area
As a Fulfilment Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Picked, packed and checked customer orders accurately while meeting performance targets. • Assisted customers with Click & Collect orders, arranged deliveries and resolved order-related issues. • Replenished stock to maintain product availability and meet customer demand. • Always followed company safety procedures and operational guidelines. • Operated forklifts and warehouse equipment to support daily operations. • Received, stored, moved and replenished stock throughout the warehouse. • Supported the fulfilment team with various tasks, including Click & Collect and general warehouse operations.
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you are, or you have: • A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations. • A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers. • Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently. • An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day. • Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do. • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
