    Additional Information:
    • These roles are Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/ fortnight
    • Applications close Friday 21st November 2025
    • Domestic relocation is supported
    • Availability to work a roster of early morning shifts starting from 2am.
    • Availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).
    • As part of the recruitment process this role requires a National Police Check for final candidates

    About this work area

    As Overnight Warehouse Team Leader your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Oversee daily operations of the Fulfilment team, including scheduling, breaks, and ensuring KPIs are met.
    • Lead and motivate team members to maintain optimal product availability and operational efficiency at the lowest cost.
    • Recruit, develop, and retain talent to build a diverse, high-performing team and ensure succession planning.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in line with IKEA standards and local health and safety regulations.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, stock accuracy, and overall customer experience.
    • Promote quality awareness, reduce damages, implement local business plans, and manage workload to achieve operational excellence.



    As Overnight Warehouse Team Leader you are:
    • Proven experience leading operational teams, achieving strong business results while fostering people’s development.
    • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and driving excellence in Fulfilment Operations with a customer-centric approach.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively.
    • Strategic thinker who remains calm under pressure, make agile decisions, and solve problems efficiently.
    • Comfortable balancing strategic, tactical, and operational tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume omnichannel environment.
    • Self-aware with a strong safety mindset, leading by example to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
