Additional Information: • This role is Permanent Part-time, 30hrs/fortnight • The internal job title for this role is Sales Co-worker • Applications close Friday 26 June 2026 • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts (from 8:00am to 9:00pm). • You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

As a Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable IKEA products and services • Drive sales with a positive, customer-focused attitude while supporting store targets • Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked sales area with accurate pricing • Collaborate with team members and other departments to create a supportive and inclusive workplace
