In the Product Quality & Recovery department we deliver sustainable, extraordinary growth. In the position of Circular Sales specialist you drive extraordinary growth by optimizing the product recovery processes. You do this by prolonging the life of IKEA products and preventing the occurrence of unnecessary costs related to IKEA products. You collaborate across functions to prevent the occurrence of unnecessary costs related to IKEA products. Giving products a second chance while keeping the financial results, quality, safety, and sustainability impact in mind.
What you'll be doing day to day
You are always busy to ensure the Second Chance Corner both in store and online, is in excellent shape, fully stocked and presented commercially to secure a good customer experience. The Circular Sales specialist ensures that merchandising basics are in place. You steer towards the optimal sales channel, and that the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers.
What else you will do:
Take responsibility for the department's commercial goals and secure that the action plan ensures that any circular or commercial priorities are implemented in the unit.
Implementing & training department co-workers in commerciality and selling. The goal is increasing commerciality and improving the customer shopping experience in the Second Chance Corner shop.
Work closely with Selling Team and other functions on improving and optimizing internal product flows to Recovery to ensure optimal effectiveness (Range Change, Launch, Campaigns, Outgoing, etc.)
Support the Product Quality & Recovery Manager by indirectly leading the team together with the other specialists, by assigning tasks and supervising the daily operations of the Product Quality & Recovery team when required.
Support the product quality and safety work in the customer meeting point by reporting any potential issues accordingly. As well as to ensure all required product information and warnings are communicated to the customer on products sold through the Second Chance Corner Shop.
